Unable to open the windows harddrive and getting some cmd script running in the computer

we have faced this problem like when try to double click the windows drives it will run some script in the command prompt and close automatically

when try to open the drive by using startmenu——run you can access the drive

Solution:

1. scan your computer with the updated virus scan first

2. clear the temp files in windows temp folder

3.use the following link http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downloads/True_Sword_26963_p/free.htm

and download the trial version of Truesword Trojan remover and run it it will capture the trojan and it will remove up to 10 trojans

it will give some message like

copy.exe/temp1.exe/temp2.exe/host.exe/kibakke will be found and just use the fix button to fix it and reboot the computer

Now you can open the hardrives as normal
